Guest Speaker will be Professor Peter McKiernan, Strategy expert and Professor of Management and Dean of the top-rated Management School at the University of St Andrews-Scotland's first university and the third oldest in the English speaking world. He is prize-winning and active researcher engaged in cutting edge analysis of changing political, economic and social trends, their impact on strategic formulation and implementation for businesses. He has served as Chairman, President and is, currently, Dean of the Fellows College of the British Academy of Management.

In addition, he has been Vice President and is, currently, President of the European Academy of Management. Peter has published widely in strategic management, including two volumes on the historical development of the discipline, the best selling book on transformational change-'Sharpbenders' and books on 'Inside Fortress Europe', 'Strategies for Growth', 'Inside the Omani Corporate Culture' and 'Strategic Leadership'.
