We are delighted to welcome Hugo MacNeill, distinguished in sport as a 37 times capped Irish Rugby International and British and Irish Lion, in busines as Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Ireland, and in philanthophy as Chairman of the Ireland Funds.

He will explore these questions from a personal perspective as someone who scaled the heights in one of the most demanding of team sports before building a successful career in investment banking.
